The Desk Clerk is responsible for staffing a front desk in an urban apartment community lobby and providing the utmost in customer service and security, requiring attention to detail, effective time management and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $15 / Hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Walk the common areas and amenity facilities to ensure the wellbeing of the community.
  2. Monitor foot traffic through the lobby of the building.
  3. Check in Guests according to Standard Company Protocol.
  4. Be tactful and courteous at all times.
  5. Monitor security cameras.
  6. Maintain a log of all happenings in the community.
  7. Respond to all pages for assistance. Immediately inform management of major emergencies.

    1. Comply with all Fair Housing Laws, FPI Standard Operating Procedures, and FPI policies and procedures.
    2. Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy. 
    3. Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.
    4. Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance.
    5. Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).
